We manufacture garments to perfection using Japanese machines – Juki, Kansai, Pegasus and we are a Compliant factory adhereing to International manufacturing standards.

Our Design, CAD, Embellishment, Industrial engineering and merchandising teams work together to ensure smooth production and produce a flawless final product. Y I International is a master in quality, product range, service & reliability in woven garments. Over a hundread machines are dedicated to produce the finest garments in the vategory of Women’s and Children apparel. We have a structured quality system right from the inspection of all in-ward materials and the on-line checking of the garments in assembly line & inspection of the finished garments.

Y I International Merchandise Production Line – Knit Garments

We have in-house machines dedicated to produce the finest garments in the vategory of Women’s and Children apparel. Our stringent quality controls starting from fabric inspection at 4 Point system to on-line checking of the garments & inspection of the finished garments.

Production Line – Couture/Bridal/Prom/Evening Wear

We have a separate division catering the needs of this segment, We are specialized in bridal, prom and cocktail/ evening wear like Gowns, Dresses, Tops and Skirts with heavy sequin/bead work and heavy embroideries. Each garment which we manufacture is made in-house under the supervision of quality controllers. Every garment is hand-checked with each piece put on a mannequin to ensure proper fitting and quality. Our team works closely with the buyer to ensure the quality standards are better than the expectations of the customer.

We have a dedicated knowledgeable product design team, who travels worldwide to take the best of the trends and develop samples for our buyers to give them an added advantage of working with us.

Equipped with Eastman U.S.A Band & Straight Knife cutting Machines.
The Markers for production cutting are made by qualified masters which are then marked on layers of fabric to be cut to perfection by experienced cutting masters.

Embroidery Section

Appealing Embroidery deigns created to buyers specifications are reproduced by experienced and trained workers at minimal costs.
Superior designs are obtained in conjunction with new technology being used.
Knit Sewing Lines

Equipped with latest and ultramodern high speed Flatlock, 4 thread Pegasus & Picoting Kansai Japanese Machines.
Knitted garments are manufactured to precision by experienced workers.
Woven Sewing Lines

Equipped with latest and high speed Juki UBT Computer Panel Single Needle lock stitch, Double Needle Split Bar lock stitch, 5 Thread overlock, Feed of the arm ,Kansai 33 Needle and 12 Needle Elastic shirring/smocking Japanese Machines with Attachments.
These machines with experienced operators combine to manufacture an excellent product to buyer specification.
Laundry

The freshness of the design is accentuated by a clean look.
Our laundry is equipped with latest Washing machines, Hydro Extractors, Drying Tumblers, Dry-cleaning machines that give a clean garment.
Our Laundry is also equipped to handle all kinds of washes.
Pressing Section

Equipped with Naomoto - Japan, Automatic Steam Generators, Pressing Irons and Vacuum tables which handle garments made in fabrics from soft Silk to tough Denim
