Q REFUND POLICY

You may return any item purchased from vimalclean.com that was ready to ship and in unused condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt.
For orders delivered within India - FREE Returns
We will initiate a refund once the product is received back at our manufacturing unit.
We will accept returns within 7 days
For return requests kindly login to your account, and file a complaint at +91-7879391420 or mail us @ hello.vimalclean@gmail.com, mention the order number and the product image and then place a request. Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 working hours.
Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to our warehouse and quality check is done. The customer needs to self-ship the product at the address mentioned on the product and the invoice.
Refunds usually take 7-10 working days.
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgment has been sent.
