SNM HYDRAULICS was started by young and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer Mr. Peram Srinivasa Reddy (AMIE) in the year 1999. Before starting the company he had gained practical experience in design and manufacture by working in Industry.

Since the Inception the Company has been in service of the indian engineering industry by way of executing custom made Machined components, sub assemblies, hydraulics systems and special purpose equipment.

Machined components

SNM has been supplying mechanical machined components as per customer drawings. Components required in various sectors like Power, Aerospace, Dept of Atomic Energy, Defense, Earthmoving, mining, railways were machined and supplied by SNMHPL.

General Precision Machined Components, fabrication components as per customer requirement along with inspection reports are supplied by SNM. Aerospace Complex-shaped components with tight tolerances are machined by SNM. Some of our clients in this service are HAL Koraput, HAL Nasik, HAL Kanpur, HAL Lucknow. We also supplied machined components to Ordnance factories for T-90 and T-70 Tanks.

Our staff are capable of understanding drawings supplied by customers and the end user expectations in terms of accuracies and precision. Suitable machining processes are adopted after debate and consultation.

Mechanical Sub Assemblies

Within a short span of time SNM has developed sub-assemblies for Bowl mills and other coal mills. Some of our important customers in this service are GE Power India Ltd (Formerly Alstom India Ltd Shahabad), BHEL Hyderabad, BHEL Varanasi and BHEL R & D Hyderabad)

Hydraulic power packs and cylinders

SNM has a special capability in the field of Industrial and Mobile Oil Hydraulics. We supply hydraulic power packs to customer needs. The customer has to simply specify functional requirements and suitable hydraulic power pack along with necessary actuators will be designed, manufactured tested and delivered. Third party inspection clauses are accepted by SNM as per relevant terms. Hydraulic cylinders can also be supplied as per customer specifications or functional needs.

Special Purpose Equipment

SNM hydraulics private limited has the capability to undertake end to end solutions for customer requirement in special purpose machines and equipment. The customer has to indicate his end purpose for the equipment. SNM will study your needs by deputing engineers to your place, design the equipment, have detailed debate, interaction with the customer about the adequacy of the design, validate the design before execution and then move forward to manufacture. The equipment will be tested as per acceptance criteria of customer and delivered.
