Thus, in 1947, he took a bold step forward, commencing the production of these items on a modest scale.

In a short span, his fledgeling enterprise was bestowed with the FPO license, marking it as a pioneer in the realm of pickle manufacturing in Karnataka. This was the first of many accolades to come, setting the stage for the illustrious journey of Patankar Pickles.

The successors of Shri K.C. Patankar have upheld his principles with unwavering dedication, nurturing the growth of the business with a steady hand. The third generation of the Patankar lineage has also joined the ranks, contributing significantly to the expansion of the family business.
