Belzy Jayachandran, Kulathoor Grama Panchyath President.

Modernization of the Coir Industry in Neyyattinkara & Kattakada Taluk of Thiruvananthapuram Dist with Technology & Upgradation and Infrastructure enhancement through the assistance availed under SFURTI Programme
