We understand that traditional touch and feel is an important factor when it comes to buying garments online
When buying garments online, touch, and feel isn’t possible. However, to counter this concern, we have introduced an easy “7-day return policy”. This policy gives you the benefit of returning the product in case you don’t like it. All you have to do is simply follow the procedure below.
Handover the parcel to the courier company within seven days of receipt.
Do not worry about the transit time. It is outside the seven day window period of return.
The garment should be in unused, original condition and we’ll refund you the full amount paid (store credit or bank transfer) for the product (Without Shipping Charges if any).

Email us by the next day of delivery and inform us that you want to return the products.

For Refund by way of store credit. You can use store credit to rebuy any product from our store.
We provide a seven day window on the courier tracking page (after opening enter your details and on the following page click on the tracking number) where you can request pick up of the garments to be returned.Our courier will come and pick up the garment and deliver the same to us free of cost. Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags clearly mentioning (inside the shipment) – Your name, Order number, Contact details
We refund you the entire amount including delivery charges for refund by way of store credit.

Pack & Dispatch the products to our Chennai address –
Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Also, send the product through a courier company which gives you tracking Id like a Bluedart, Aramex, First Flight, DTDC or Indian Speed Post. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also traceable during transit.
