JT Fabrics Pvt Ltd is managed by a group of professionals with rich experience of more than 50 years in Textile manufacturing and exports. Its manufacturing facilities are conveniently situated on NH7 between Madurai – Dindigul which is just 160 kms from nearest port of Tuticorin in South Tamil nadu. We produce various types of greige fabrics / grey fabrics and mainly cater to greige fabric / grey fabric used in export of home textiles, garmenting and industrial purposes. We maintain stocks in fast moving fabric qualities. We undertake fresh production of special sorts against confirmed orders only. All our stocks are available in bale form. In case of fresh production, we can also undertake to supply in roll form at an additional cost. Weaves produced : Twill , Drill , broken drill, duck, matty, plain, slub , satin, herringbone, waffle, dobby, velvet, terry, heavy canvas in 100% cotton, polyester cotton blends, 100% polyester, viscose, rayon, modal, flux and many more. JT Fabrics Pvt Ltd owns following machineries 38 Numbers of Ruti-C looms if width 180cms, 190cms, 220cms and 250cms, Of which 16 looms are fitted with Staubli dobby. 4 Numbers of Ruti-C Terry dobby looms of width 220cms and 250cms. PSG baling press of 120 tons. Jaytex and Hindtex Knotting Machines. Ambica Sectional warping machine of 250cms width. Dobby punching machine. LMW pirn winders.
