Taylor made design for optimum film usage results in film saving in addition to product saving due to high accuracy in product filling there by reducing the operating cost and increasing the profit to the customer.

Quick changeovers with ease, for different pouch sizes, for varying product fill quantities, make the machine versatile and increase the productivity as well.

The Integrated system control, for making adjustments, during operation, from a single Programmed Logical Control panel, makes the machine, operator friendly and reduces the need for elaborate training. Variable Frequency Drives, instead of the conventional clutch and brake system, eliminate mechanical wear and tear, there by making the IFPL machine to yield outputs with consistent accuracy, during continuous production for years. As a result, the consumption of spares is also minimized and maintenance cost is less.
