Fluid Control Equipments (P) Ltd., was started in 1992 under the Leadership of Late Haran Chandra Sarker (H.Sarker & Co) along with eminent Butterfly Valve Specialist Mr. D. P. Sen, Company aimed at manufacturing of Butterfly Valve with NTPC approval. We are ISO 9001:2015 & NSIC certified Unit. We introduce our self as a manufacturer Cast Iron, Cast Steel, MS Fabricated, Valves Strainers & Sluice Gates for over 30 years and are supplying valves to almost all the major Project and Industries both in the Public and Private Sectors through out the country.

All our products are manufactured to the relevant Indian Standard specifications wherever they exist and in the absence of any Indian Standard on the subject other international standards like B.S, ASA and DIN are follows. The entire manufacture is controlled under Quality Assurance Plan drawn up in accordance with the manufacturing standard followed. As per requirement of various projects our products at various times were inspected by Agencies like Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, NTPC, EIL, EPIL, Tata Consulting Engineers, DCL, M.N. Dastur & Co. Humphreys & Glasgow, UHDE and also MECON.

Q Specification

Valves & Gates can be supplied as per IS/BS/ASA/API/DIN specifications with additional features like Back Seating arrangement (to facilitate replacement of Gland with Valve running full), Pneumatic testing of seat (to ensure 100% leak tightness), chain & Wheel, Position Indicator, Locking Arrangement, Drain plug, Actuator operation etc. as and when required.

Having supplied goods number of valves under the inspection of various reputed third party Inspection Agencies (referred at Sr. No. 8, above), our shop has become tuned to produce Quality Products Regular stage-wise checks are maintained to ensure that only Quality Products leave the factory
