BUD Pencil Pvt. Ltd. our Innovator, Krunal Patel, was watching a documentary and realized the waste produced and its possible uses, with the scope being unlimited and with limited resources. Every day over 20 million half-used pencils are thrown away because they are too short to write with, and tonnes of new pencils are manufactured at the cost of precious trees. He decided to take Initiative to do something for nature.

After intensive research, the idea to use paper as the main biodegradable product was finalized. All innovation develops from an idea the way all plants germinate from a Seed. Our BUD Pencil was inspired from this analogy. The bonus was we could implant a seed and watch an entire tree grow from it, heavily benefitting the environment. Thus began our journey towards BUD Pencil.
