To introduce ourselves, Acropolis Industries are manufacturing PVC Wires & Cables , Wiring Harnesses & Mains cord as per requirement. We are ISO 9001-2015 Certified company.
We are manufacturing PVC Wires (with self centered carbide dies with Online Laser Diameter Gauge which controls diameter of wires automatically & with online HV Tester) & Cables since 1979 & Wiring harness since 1989. Since wires & Wiring Harnesses are manufactured at one location required colors, sizes of wires can be produced in very short time & at reasonable Rates.
Cutting, Stripping & Crimping of wires is done on Fully Automatic CNC Operated Machine (Komax Make form Switzerland). After harnessing is completed, (Assembly of Wires, Crimping, taping, Cable ties, Connector Assembly etc) continuity is 100% checked on Electronic Continuity Tester.
We are manufacturing Wiring Harness for as per requirement for CTV, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, UPS, Invertors , Mixers, Hand Blenders ,Microwave Ovens, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting , Air Coolers, Water Purifier, Vending Machines, Water Dispensing Unit, Toaster, Solar Equipment’s, LED TV, Fans etc. Acropolis Industries also manufacture special Wiring Harness used in Malls & Metro Stations.
