We are hiring Support Managers to oversee and assist our local operations across various cities in Tamil Nadu. This is a field and coordination role requiring travel, communication, and a hands-on approach to support customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Basic Pay)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers, distributors, and team members in the assigned region
- Provide operational and customer support
- Visit staff locations as needed
- Maintain records, updates, and issue resolution logs
- Report to regional and head office management regularly
- Ensure smooth communication between field and office teams
- Assist in onboarding and training support partners, if required
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent Tamil and English
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
