HD wire was established in the year 1988 and is now a recognized name in the manufacturing, supply and trading of unlimited compilation of galvanized wires and cables. The manufacturing story of H D wire (P) Ltd. started back in the year 1994 in Indore, India. Apart from MS wire material which includes annealed binding wire in various sizes, products like G.I welded mesh, MS welded mesh, brass stitching
wire, mild steel wire for general engineering purpose, hard drawn steel wire for concrete reinforcement, GI steel core wire for aluminium conductors for high voltage etc. are among those wide array of products which are available with H D wire.. We offer a large range of quality products to our customers. We also customize our products to meet their specific requirements if any. H D Wire is one of the biggest wire manufacturing companies in central India.

GI wire (Galvanized Steel Wire) is used for applications that demand longevity. These are mild carbon or high carbon steel wires coated with Zinc, so as to impart the base wire with superior rust resistance properties. We manufacture GI wire in our state-of-the-art facility using ‘Hot Dip’ & ‘Electro-Galvanized’ technology to ensure durability and long-lasting resistance against corrosion.

GI Wires by H D Wire are available in the range of 0.9 I mm to 5.0 mm diameter with consistent mechanical properties and bright surface finish. These galvanized wires are highly resistant to moisture and mechanical damage than other surface coatings and have a very bright and smooth surface finish.

Infrastructure

A good infrastructure is the key driver of growth in any type of industry, so keeping in mind H D wire has also not missed chance to create such amazing infrastructure, which meets the promise of delivering quality and quantum both. The facilities available with HD wires are making our values more strong by maintaining the time, demand and workforce effectively. The unit is having well equipped production area of 1,350 sqm.
The plant here is equipped with the most modern machines and is managed by experienced personnel with an eye for producing quality grade products. A unit, with a green area of 10,000 sqft. is maintained under the strict guidelines of environment norms and is also far from pollution. The unit is situated at Sanwer Road Industrial Area, Indore (M.P.). Our efficient workforce is involved in the continuous evaluations and improvements to raise the bar of standards.
