Our journey began when the founders’ of Karmic Naturals, two remarkable women, crossed paths. Mrs. Rashpal Kaur Sandhu and Archana, both residing in London, felt a calling to make a difference in society. They wished to support the age-old traditions of Indian village industries and create eco-friendly, natural, and recycled skincare products rooted in the essence of Ayurvedic wisdom.

Their shared interests led them to pursue the idea of producing handmade natural products in villages. At the age of 60, Mrs. Sandhu took the bold decision to uproot her well-settled life in London and return to India, and together, this pair of passionate women set foot on the journey to build the brand that today we know as Karmic Naturals.

Leaders are no strangers to adversities, and this duo, too, faced numerous challenges along their course. With the help of their unwavering commitment, passion for change, selfless sacrifices, and determination, they changed the lives of countless women. Since 2010, their journey has been one of perseverance and transformation.

With the trust and support of our newfound team, we started crafting handmade soaps and natural cosmetics using agro-based raw materials like coconut oil, sunflower oil, and traditional herbs. These ingredients passed down through generations, allow them to recreate Grandma’s timeless recipes with a touch of modernity.

Karmic Naturals’ workshop in a village in Punjab promoted women of the village to be in charge and join Aatman Udyog, an established NGO. Project Aatman empowers women of villages to work from the comfort of their homes. Our products embody our philosophy of inculcating a sense of independence and promoting women’s education. We aim to change women’s lives and contribute to the environment.

KARMIC’s range of Natural Skincare is handcrafted by NGO – AATMAN UDYOG to Empower Women in Villages. With an aim to provide Sustainable Skincare Products and Enhance work opportunities in Rural areas, Our team at AATMAN UDYOG has indulged in imparting Professional Training to women / people in Rural India.
