We in collaboration with Barnet India Pvt.Ltd represent Vydyne, PA66 range of neat resins and compounds manufactured by Ascend Performance materials and are also distributors of color masterbatches for Toyo Ink.

Our production plants are located in Gummoodipoondi, Red Hills and Thiruvallur with advanced infrastructure and quality standards of manufacturing. The plant has an inbuilt two-line system for both Twin-screw compounding and Single screw compounding. We therein house the latest technological machinery for the conversion of single process of HDPE, PP yarn and fabric waste into granules.

Q PRODUCTS

PP COMPOUNDS OF TALC & GLASS REINFORCED
Polypropylene compounds manufactured with specified MFI values (Melt Flow Index) based on the customer requirements and reinforced with Talc fillers for increasing mechanical properties suited to end applications.
In other cases, glassfiber act as vital fillers to greatly improve mechanical and electrical properties of the polypropylene compounds. The glass fibers are usually chopped strands and rowing’s (in case of long glass fibers). Long glassfiber comply to applications such as Dash Board, Sump covers and other parts which require good stability. Alternatively, calcium fillers are also used along with these polypropylene compounds for a fine finished end product such as in furniture’s and home appliances.
Such PP compounds hold wide applications in the Automotive, Electrical and Electronics industries.

PPCP IMPACT MODIFIED GRADES & WITH TALC/MINERAL FILLERS
Polypropylene copolymer with impact modifiers provides increased strength to the compound which finds applications in Car Bumpers and Wheel guards.
While, fillers of Talc and Calcium produced from mines; when added to PPCP base material induces more flexibility and high strength. They find application in the case of appliances such as bottom plates for mixers and grinders, mosquito repellents and automotive parts of Cluster and back covers.

ABS BLACK, WHITE AND COLORED
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, a specific material which provides high heat resistance and a glossy finish is widely used in the automotive, electrical and electronics sectors.
We provide compounding with glass fiber to achieve increased durability for utilization in textile industrial machinery and also including stabilizer, Controls, Relay boxes and in Automotive sectors for AC grills, Mirror back covers etc.

PC, PCABS BLACK AND WHITE
Polycarbonate, a material with high impact resistance comes in various precolour forms. It is also offered with compounding of glassfiber to meet specific requirements of Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) properties for applications in live wires.
Alloys of Polycarbonate and Polybutylene terephthalate find wide range of applications in automotive applications such as door handles owing to their extreme ability to withstand wear and tear with better functional properties.
